Competition Legislation and Regulation

Cybersecurity Adoption in Business

MPC has successfully developed the Digital Regulatory Impact Statement (DRIS) system. The system is currently undergoing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase to ensure its functionality and usability.

Digital Economy Taxation Legislation

The amendments of the Finance Bill related to GMT were gazetted on December 2024. The Bill came into force on 1 January 2025, as the Finance Act 2024.
The GMT guidelines were published on 1 December 2024 and can be accessed at LHDNM website.
